★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are good at construction .no doubt. But aren't any customer-friendly. They keep telling you that this percentage of construction is over and done. But never bother to let us see the actual work done nor send you photos which is very unprofessional. Mind it! You will have to pay as per their demands and cannot have a say in this.
The club house isnt very satisfactory in godrej eternity property , specially the pool. Rest of the facilities are okok. I am afraid the club house might get clumsy as people start occupying the place.
Overall an okok property. I am happy with their construction but not their professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CRM team of Godrej Air Hoodi is nothing but just money collection agents. They are least bothered about Customer Relationship.
Very disappointed that a reputed and ethical company like Godrej does not care a bit about customer satisfaction.
In this industry, to survive, just brand name is not just enough !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend had bought a flat recently at Godrej Eternity, the marketing team told him that there is BWSSB water connection and residents are already using it. after he bought the flat and enquired with existing residents, got to know that it was a plain lie, they are dependent on tanker water with TDS levels as high as 500 sometimes. Moreover, amenities are too small for 900 residents to use. imagine having one badminton court for 900 families ! and they advertise with Saina Nehwal's name on their brochure ! Moreoever they delayed possession to existing customers by a year

Gives me nightmares just with the name. I have moved into my home after a delay of 1 year (not due to COVID for sure) Sales team is busy lying, hence, everything they promise do ask where's it written in your agreement.
Now most of the promises amenities are not functional, but they started charging maintenance from our account, not willing to provide a breakup, no dates given for other amenities to be delivered as well.
Club house is too small for 889 residents, swimming pool too can't even accommodate 30 people at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend had bought a flat at Godrej Eternity, paying a crore assuming that premium amenities will be provided. when he took possession after a year's delay, all he got was a mini swimming pool that cant even accommodate 30 people at a time, one badminton court for 900 residents, a 2000 square foot childrens play area. They have no connectivity to the basement by lift, and you have to take stairs.
Builder promised Nilgiris super market, apollo pharma and all branded tie ups, Now, to his shock, some local supermarket guy is setting up the store. The sports amenities provided are sub standard quality and the builder wouldn't even respond if you contact.
I strongly advise against buying a flat with Godrej, as they are highly unethical. any prospective buyers may contact me to get to know the truth and save your lifetime savings from a brand that claims to be A grade builder. Sumeshalways is my google ID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly irresponsive people. Especially the so called relationship managers are the worst here. Never bother to respond to clients. Only when they need money from our end, their mails, phones everything start working, and also they put penalty if we are late. There is huge delay from their end and they don't even bother to apologize or even communicate professionally. Please don't go by the brand. It's one of the worst .. Not at all professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having the worst possible experience with the CRM team of Godrej Eternity. I have been trying to reach them for the last 20 days but neither of them respond to any emails or calls. They only call to get the status of payments for invoices. When we need a clarification, they are never there. We tried contacting everyone possible, nobody bothers to respond. Mr.Lalith, Ms.Anshu, Mr.Arathi Gupta, Ms.Harshitha, literally no one. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. Very unprofessional behavior. This is the case before they handover the flat. We are sure we will be in for more trouble after the hand over. Please beware and never trust this builder and the team.
