★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have pre-booked a new Galaxy S10 on 27 of Feb and has been promised for delivery within 2-3 working days starting from 6th of March 2019. Today is 11th of March and I still have not received my order. Samsung distributor company named Savex has selected a worst courier company I ever seen, Bizlog, and their courier was giving false commitments regarding delivery. Had to cancel the order and order the same product form Amazon. Think twice before ordering from Samsung official web store. Useless fellows ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales service. Called for AC repair on customer care number one month back. They only cancel the request. No other contact number is available. Company sold us the product and left us at the mercy of authorised service centre. You cannot contact company. So beware before buying Samsung products.
