But Rohel - the smart sales guy - gave me an offer I could not resist. Got my new generation Thinkpad E14 for Rs. 44k along with a trendy case... less than Flipkart price with offers. He explained me all the features and even the missing stuff in a transparent manner. Also helped in setting up the laptop; ensuring that MS Office is activated properly in my hotmail account.
A Happy customer at the end!!!

The manager is a good and learned man and the staff is also polite and helpful. They gave me an honest opinion without the motive to make money only.
