★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The power light of my laptop was working fine before giving them and they returned without a working light. Screw of bottom plate was also not there. Took long time to figure out and all times different issues they were telling. Finally they told it's difficult to repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 21 days and still having the same issue with laptop as before. also money wasted on having achieved nothing at all.
I don't recommend this shop since they partially broke the hinge supporting the screen and also broke charging indicator and when asked to give my laptop as it was before, they asked for Extra money on top of RS 2500/- he had already taken before to remove old hardware and add new one.
These kind of shop are always shameless regarding money. On top of all, they don't repair themselves but gets repaired by third parties and gets the commission themselves which makes difficult for customer to ask for money back.
**There was no issue with laptop itself. issue was with it's battery but I didn't know. They first asked me an amount of 1300/- and later increased to 2500/- making excuses like they didn't know there was another issue. they charged me 2500/- without giving new battery or mentioning it.**
It seemed really unfair, unjust and money sucking to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since, This repairing shop is near IIT POWAI, I went to repair my laptop and I guarantee, you will be disappointed with this fraud repairing shop, They don't repair the device themselves and instead he gets repaired the device by another shop and takes high commission, He took RS 3300/- hundred from me and were not able to find the problem, leave the repairing part for later, And problem got sorted when a friend of mine exchanged the charger. I ask why did he took 3300 /- from me if he did nothing at all. Isn't he fraud ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having DELL INSPIRON 1464 laptop. It's quite an old model which I did not use for more than a couple of years. In last week I started it and used it for a while. It was overheating and was having battery and keyboard issues. I gave it to LRS for cleaning, keyboard and battery replacement. After its service it's working like a new laptop. I ran it for more than 48 hours since yesterday and it is working without overheating.
I really appreciate LRS's service. Thank you LRS.
