★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for this place because it is an authorized service center as I got the details from the toll-free number. They said that they'll arrange a call-back as I was unable to find the service center at the said location. The call-back arrived from another personal number saying that I will be charged for my service as it is a private service center and not the authorized one. They don't want to give customer service even though I had Lenovo premium care membership.

They were able to handle the customers very well.
Pros:
1.They are helpfull.
2.Good service center for both Lenovo laptop.
Cons:
1. Finding out the service center is little bit problematic.
The store is nice. But gets crowded at peak time. The person at the counter is patient and helpful. He responds to all you queries and willing to resolve your issue. Overall experience was nice for repairs.
There was a keyboard & hinge issue in my laptop they fixed keyboard issue in 2 days and somehow they forgot to fixed hinge so they fixed that in just half an hour. Happy with the service.
