★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the centre 2-3 weeks ago with my Lenovo ideapad 330S purchased at Canada and was not working then. They told me that this laptop cannot be repaired as it's from Canada and parts available in India are not compatible. And no other Lenovo centre can repair it. They have not checked the laptop and replied me that. But when I went to other Lenovo centre they repaired it and now it is working properly. Guys do try another centre if this centre refused to repair.

Negatives :
- Very expensive service : Charged me 7.5k for replacing 1Tb hard drive (same can be done for around 4k in local shops)
- Quoted a price of 12k for replacing keyboard. Ordered a brand new wireless keyboard from Amz for 1.5k.
In general everything is very expensive here.
Postives :
- Staff was responsive and answered all questions
- Quick Service
Would suggest find out the price of repair outside before coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DURING THE LOCKDOWN THERE WAS A HUGE CROWD STANDING IN QUEUE ....BUT NOW IN DECEMBER YOU CAN EASILY GET IN ..GET YOUR WORK DONE.....RESPONSE IS GOOD ..SERVICE IS GOOD ....MY LAPTOP SCREEN WAS HAVING A SMALL BLUE LINE ..GOT A NEW SCREEN REPLACEMENT WITHIN 2 DAYS...I M HAPPY WITH SERVICE.......I HAVE UPLOADED SOME PHOTOGRAPH YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS NO CROWD ..YOU CAN VISIT NOW

This service center is good for major issues with your Lenovo device and the service for major issues is quite fast. But if you have small issues with your device it will take some time maybe a week or two. Social distancing is also maintained. You have to take token in order to report you device.
