★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the finest lenskart store in Delhi NCR. Staffs are very cooperative. On weekends it will be very crowded. It's very near to sector 18 metro. There are varieties and reasonable range of lenses/frames available to try. And yeah eye test is for free, which is not different for any other lenskart store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience at all, there is adequate staff but they are all so busy talking to each other in groups that they would not give any time to you. You could walk in, see for yourself and go out and they would stay unmoved, and least bothered. The frames in the store are not worth the price, the offers are a hoax, the lenses used by Lenskart are of poor quality and the ‘free eye test’ that they offer is done by an assistant not aware of how an eye test is done and incompetent to perform the procedure.
I would not recommend this store, any other optician in the market is better than Lenskart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good few years back but now it's not upto the mark. New staff would not even like to attend you. They will ignore your voice even after calling them 5-6 times. Although there were sufficient staff people but Noone bothered to attend customer or answer queries. A simple eye test kept me waiting for more than half hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The transitive glass does not turn black in sunlight to the extent promised by the salesman during purchase... Also, the MF lens is not as wide as conveyed because when you look sideways without turning your head , you get a blurred image...As a first time user of spectacles, these were features that were different from what were confirmed.... Otherwise, the store, its sales people, etc..are nice..

The optician did the power measurement wrong due to which I had to visit the doctor for correct power as the glasses I received were of wrong power. And now again I have to visit the store to get my correct glasses as they denied to deliver at my address. I had to visit the store multiple times for my one order from so far. I had to suffer high inconvenience
