★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad exprience i have brought dell laptop in this store 60k in jan 22 .but in 1 months my screen was not working .i have call so many time and dell company is replace my screen but i want to replace my laptop. Now my keys not working in 3 monts then again ye keyboad change karege.3 mahine me hi en logo ne laptop ka postmatam kar di . Abhi tak mai eski emi bhar raha hu . 3 months me hi ye hal hi ye mera exprince hai.mai bola ki mijhe new laptop de but ye sab replace krenge but laptop replace ni krenge. En logo ne mujhe damage product hi diya tha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't deserve even single rating and selling defected laptop. Yesterday I bought a new laptop here and they cheated on me behalf of 3 yearwarranty but 3 year warranty is already comes with this laptop which I have purchased. Dell warranty is also mentioned in dell website. But I don't know why they do fraud.
The extent was reached when I asked that the store manager was here and said that madam is there and when I asked her name, she refused.
I won't give up so easily. I will do it like this for the staff there.
