★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Lenskarts in Kolkata. The outlet doesn't have skilled employees and they create mishap on whatever possible. The lens configurations are told not to be available, while the company tells that they are. Moreover, the order delivery went through a lot of trouble. Going into the shop also, the service personnel makes mistakes while packing and delivering product. Suggestion from my side would be not to rely on cheap service from this Lenskart outlet. Shopping online or going to other outlets would be recommended from my side.

My whole mood got spoiled.
My lense was supposed to be delivered 3 days before till now no news. I need a function tomorrow and they did not yet prepared my lense.
Honestly horrible experience.
Did not expected.
The staff did not have any idea about anything
