★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very passionate about their work. I wanted to replace the motherboard but the engineer said it can be repaired. Also the processor was shorted, he said there is 3 years warranty why do I need to spend another 16 k on that, I was ok but the engineer Nikesh was not, he said search for the bill, which I did the next day, found it and sent him the copy, immediately he ordered for a replacement processor from Intel and sent me the documents. Where I was willing to spend another 150k for a new build, Nikesh said please give me a chance the system will be as good as new. I ordered a new cabinet with an Intent to upgrade and sent him pics, he messaged me back don't upgrade not needed at this time. I recommend their services especially Nikesh as an engineer, very genuine and trustworthy. Thank you compsense and Nikesh for saving me money total spend INR5830..... Just wow. Too bad they don't work on Mac minis and iMacs have a few dead ones lying around. I am sure they will start working on those as well, my best wishes.

Everything best for your system and your usage will be suggested and its hassle free. You can just leave your system onto them and they will take care of the rest :)
Also I will be at a loss of words to praise Nikesh, the staff incharge at DownTown Mall, NewTown. He took care of my system like a family member. If its Nikesh involved, you can be rest assured that he will do his best and constantly keep you updated. Keep up the good work !!

I gave it a shot and they fixed my laptop pretty nice. The charges were also fine keeping in mind they saved me from having to buy a new laptop. The best part was a person picked up and dropped back the laptop at my residence which saved me so much time. Very good service.
