★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience during blood test and report delivery. I just want to give ZERO rating for this lab. Bit unprofessional and casual approach to the serious patient. They first accepted booking for blood testa, then one day before late evening informed me that unable to allocate any collector. While complainting via mail they assigned a collector but failed to deliver soft copy of the test report on time. It was a vital test for me and I just paid again to another diagnostic centre to get report at timely. Do not avail this path lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tested for RTPCR. Even after 24hrs no report. Other labs give on same day. Not recommended at all. This is linked with sastasundar. neither it is sasta nor sundar is their delivery. Not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unorganised & unprofessional path lab (specifically the one in Downtown mall) of Kolkata.
First of all they dont pick up your calls, once they understand that, there is some mistake or delay happened at their end.
Secondly, they always need numerous follow ups for each & every thing- like they are conducting all the tests free for you.
They have collected my sample on 6th evening & I got message on 7th Jan'21 that your sample is collected today. Then I have called them numerous times but they have not responded.On 8th I have called them again & then they have informed me that, they have already sent my report yesterday.....when I have enquired more, I came to know they have sent my report to somebody else.....How come after so many follow ups & complaints you can send my report to somebody else???? pathetic coordination & service from you guys .
Pls hire professional guys to serve people in a better way.
