★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is horrible. They first asked me to come back after 20 minutes. The shop was half shut when i went back, then this guy came out and looked at the prescription i showed him. He rudely said they cannot make it unless the person who it was meant for came at the store. I told him it was meant for someone who wasn't in Delhi but he curtly said they couldn't make the spectacles. He was not helpful at all and extremely rude. Never going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried Lenskart for the very first time and overall it was a wonderful experience. Really impressed with the collection and quality of product's. The staff's here are greatly helpful especially Mr. Dishant, he's commendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order a glass offline and they assured me of delivery in my home address very soon but i got a delivery message but i have not recieve the product, while enquring the parcel went to mumbai but i am from manipur and i gave them proper address. Whose fault it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great quality & service :) I had picked up my glasses but left my hair clutcher there. Dishant called me to inform and packaged it for me along with chocolates and gave it to the uber package guy!
It was a really sweet gesture, will always remember Lenskart Green Park as my go to store!
