★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience in Indirapuram Habitat Center store. Customer Service word seems alien to the staff there. Further, Covid protocol not followed at all.
Post this experience I went to Titan Eye, and exactly opposite experience, Friendly staff, more frame and lens options. Better rates.
Even though I have gold membership in lenskart, I placed my order in Titan eyeplus.

Please do not go with paid reviews. I went their twice..but the staff is barely interested in selling and is not even available to entertain you, feels like you are in a queue of a free delivery product when actually you are paying a good amount.
Moreover, despite of telling them that i am leaving because they havee no time, they didn't bother to even respond. Pathetic staff!
