★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place as well as the staffs don't know simple business etiquettes. They have no knowledge about customer service and only looking forward to serve only the people they know. I waited for almost a wee to get my eye test done. The person was unavailable. I was calling each day to get follow up on whether it has been resumed or not. The day they confirmed about it, I told them that I'll be there in next 2 hours and keep a slot for me. I went there with my wife and my infant baby.I waited for almost 45 minutes as few people were ahead of me. But when it was my turn for the test, they asked me to wait further just because they had their relatives for the test. I was completely surprised and speechless. I simply asked them what's the logic behind doing so. They gave a very vague answer as we can't deny anyone for the test. I had no other option other than leaving the store. My main motive is to highlight this scenario and behaviour of the store staffs towards a customer who wait almost a week to get the service.
