★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought new glasses as well as gotten my old glasses serviced. I have had a very nice and pleasant experience with this place. All the staff is very polite and competant. Mr Shahid even replaced the nose pads without me asking for it free of cost. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shahid Khan, the manager of lenskart Maninagar, Ahmedabad branch can be awarded as the worst store manager. I had given my glasses for repair and this is how it comes to me like. When I asked him about the reason of the damage he did not bother to answer me and started attending other customers. He argued that I didn't receive the otp and all, which has no co relation with how my specs are repaired. I have been buying products from lenskart since long and this is what I get in return? A poorly soldered and damaged specs! A much better service is given by a local shop than what you have given. I am absolutely offended by his rude behavior and the service provided by lenskart.
