★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy employees ,tell me to come after 7 days for eye checkup even when no customer was there in the shop at 3:20 PM. Worst service of this branch of lenskart. Never faced such issues before in any other branch. This branch is not carrying spirit of lenskart as a whole company as it promises 3 day delivery of glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Train your staff to behave politely with customers, mainly the guy named "Adil" in Mukherjee Nagar store, he is too much rude, it seems like he is obliging the customer. He is not ready to listen or understand customer's concern, the only thing he is doing is only arguing with customer.
He is the only reason because of which I didn't submitted my feedback till today as that day he made me wait for approx 3hours and also wasn't answering my questions properly. He was behaving totally irritated, like we were seeking his help as a charity and today again when I visited lenskart his behavior was same(as rude as before).
Place Provide him some soft skills training, I'm totally disappointed with his rude behavior.
