She was very helpful and patient and showed us all the glasses and helped us shortlist. Over we had a great time and we ended up buying 4 glasses (two for my father and two for my daughter). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is good with variety of frames. Generally used to be very crowded in evening. I found that in evening when there is more crowd, staff will be less to handle people else everything is ok. If you want to get better service go between 12-4pm else it will be crowded and staff wont provide you assistance. I found less options for aviators and sun glassed but limited options were good.

Even the after sales customer service is great, my lens got loose after 9 months of usage and they happily repaired it too. Had a great experience, can't wait to shop more !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.despite of having gold membership .many times they told that membership is not in active codition. It could not be applied. So what is the use of taking membership. we cant contact them on phones. This is the biggest falt to take the membership of Lenscart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its highly not recommended. They will sale their product by saying that it will be returned/Replaced within 7 days which they never do.
If you wish to replace it they will either say this product is not under replacement terms or they will say we have to write down to company whether we can take it back or not which they never got approval.
one more Froud scheme they have started by saying , take gold membership to take 50% discount applicable for one year. and it can not be used by anyone since no one will buy product again.

Today I went there after 4 days with this issue and one of the executive name shivani helped me to resolve my issue. She was humble and cooperative .She resolved my issue within minutes. Thank-you
