I felt so embarrassed when she just mentioned 'madaam aap samjh nai rhe nai ho ' the tone of the lady was so harsh. I mean she should know how to treat customer.

The store has a wide range of eyewear and eye care solutions for all age groups and different budgets. The store has eye specialists for eye testing, basic consultation, guidance and help to choose eye wears for almost all kinds, accessories and eyewear maintenance prescribed. This is a chain store and is part of many stores across India. Eye care solutions offered are reportedly technology driven. They accept most modes of prevailing payment options for the transactions. The store has a common toilet on its mezzanine floor, ill maintained, unhygienic and smelling...common scene of poor mindset of an entrepreneur .... when business is flourishing, damn care about customer/staff friendly health gestures.....an unexpected from the brand of Lenskart whose co-founder was seen projecting lot social good on TV shows but apparently no sense to look into own house through otherwise attained and boasted professional mechanism!!

While they have a great range, sometimes product delivery takes longer time usual than a normal optician due to their repeat quality checks.While Lenskart also sells other brands, 95 per cent of its revenues come from its own brands. That's because Lenskart's products are at least 50 per cent cheaper than other brands. ... Since sales are done online, there are no intermediaries eating into the revenue

2)Poorly maintained stock,Frames misplaced. Glasses are not cleaned,completly blured sample glasses
3) Stock is outdated,online lenkart website has brillent collection.
