★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Customer Service! This is a second Levi’s store I have visited in India and I am very impressed. Staff are quite helpful especially Kanika who served me, She is very friendly, helped me lot with the selections. Her selections are very good. Her selected outfits are one of my best outfits I have so far. Thank you very much Kanika. I hope to see you again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They could not redeem my amazon gift card of levis due to incompetent store manager. And a young lady named Chandrani was so innocuous to actually behave rude and tell me that only the manager knows how to redeem this thing. Even the store ac was switched off, as they were all ready to close the store and leave right at 7:30 pm. Very very disappointed. When called and contacted the manager of another store, he acknowledged that she is a newcomer and there is ko experienced personnel there at the moment and they are incompetent to carry out his instructions over phone as well. Very disappointed.
