★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pathetic and terrible experience. They are designers just for the namesake, they do not understand modern designs. I had got two blouses stitched from there during last year durga puja and both were disasters. The rate is only high but quality of work is below standard. Initially the owner agreed that the design of the blouse was done wrongly than the expected result and she told that she will get it corrected but later when she was not able to then she started defending . Very unprofessional. It's a shame that in Kolkata we have so called designers. I would rather consider them plain tailors and no designer please.
