★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a NRI and as a fan of Levi’s Jeans I visited there to buy clothes for all family. However I experienced that staf are not aware of their own offer. Also after doing all purchase the bill was printed with a 7 day return policy but the supervisor stamped separately on the bill that NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND. It was never told by supervisor during selecting the product. So guys be aware to visit there and be sure about everything otherwise you will be trapped.
I am going to escalate this matter to Levi’s higher management also.
