R cty malls outlet is far more better, staff there is a bit sensible.

Reason provided “Sole damaged because of usage and it’s NOT a manufacturing defect.
Seriously, We brought shoes worth rupees 6000 and the sole was damaged within month of usage.
When I visited the shop to show them damaged shoe sole, the person at the counter told me that this are walking shoes and you must have used for running.
Skechers keep the shoes and money. We do NOT need refund or shoes. We feel cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All old stuff which is over priced as always. Only good thing about Skechers footwear is the comfort which they give but it lacks in style. The showroom is bigger but nothing attractive. Prices are too high as per the product they offer. But this outlet has ample space for parking and above you also have Reebok and Adidas outlet which are much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skechers have good collection of stuff for all varying from kids to adults and for both genders. You can save a lot these days as the outlet is offering good discounts. Discounted price items are kept in back side of store. Store accepts almost all mode of payments. This one is the largest across the Mumbai region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really disappointed with my experience at this store. My mother bought a pair of slippers that started to hurt her feet after a day's use. Naturally, we went in to return them (in neer mint condition) but the staff refused to refund, but offered to exchange it for any other product.
This was not entirely unexpected but what followed was a harrowing and trying experience. Any other product of comparable value that we liked, the right size was not in stock. And they made no attempt whatsoever to find a reasonable solution, simply pointing to the company policy. Even the credit note that they offered would only be usable at this store within the next week. All in all, just a terrible customer experience from start to finish.
