★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good and pocket friendly shop yo buy little items, stationary, gifts etc. It is very near to dabba garam food joint. You can order food at good joint and during waiting time look for basic stationary items.
Collection of pens, pencil, eraser, geometry boxes etc is acceptable. Also very basic gift items are available here.
Payment csn be done using Gpay, card, paytm or in cash.
Pocket friendly soft toys are also available here and quality of those is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome society with strict security. Nice place for families and rich lifestyle. Surrounding is so beautiful and clean. People can enjoy living in the society. Proper parking allotment is made for secure parking solution. Not so far from the main city.

Positives:
1.Beautiful complex with a great vibe, Airy as well, Podium Garden is well maintained.
2. Configurations available in different variants
3. Affordable
4. Affordable Rental
5. Hot spots, hospitals, Malls, Market within decent proximity
6. Each Flat has Balcony across living, kitchen and bedroom/s areas
7. Majority Wings Fully vastu compliant Position except A1,A2 wings.
8. Basic Chemist, Grocery shops outside gate/s
9. Decent society members with festival/event celebrations across the year
10. No noise pollution faced.
Negatives:
1. Water issue is a major concern.
2. Leakage,seepage in many flats But not all. Specially no leakage in flat where I stayed.
3. Good Amenities but lack of maintenance
