β β β β β Booked AMC for new AC for 3 years , now when it comes to service there is no response for last 3 days. Company call centre is least bothered and they are not even helping .

β β β β β Avid lg consumer, having washing machine, air conditioners etc. But never ever go for it again. I have a washing machine that's not functioning since more than a month now. But no appropriate action is being taken and inexperienced people are being sent. Has costed me a lot. POOR AND IRRESPONSIBLE HANDLING OF CONSUMER COMPLAINTS. I wish I could rate in NEGATIVE.

β β β β β I purchased a semi automatic washing machine from LG website on 24th Dec'21, it was delivered on 26th Dec'21, when i opened the box i found it with different feature which is given on website under images (Side Lint collector option is not given in delivered product as given under images on LG website). I called to LG customer care & raised my concern on same day. From then, today is 7th Jan, no solution received. Have discussed with many people on calls & sent many emails they are in agrrrment that wrong ptoduct is delivered but everyone is saying that issur is highlighted further but there is not solutuon and no timeline too.
Worst customer service i have seen, every time when i call to toll free number, i have to tell them the complete story of the issue. They do not provide any further escalation point contact details. I have escalated to LG CEO from LG website but no solution received from that also. I have been using multiple appliance from LG at my home but seeing their unbelievable service i am going to off with LG products in future.
