★ ★ ★ ★ ★ once i went there with lg nexus 5x which was not turning on...the technician there told me to pay Rs120 fr checking whats the problem...after that he told me it has motherboard problem which costs 10000 rs..i knew it has a software issue but he didnt understood n kept saying u have to buy mother board fr rs10000...i went home back n gave to local repair shop...he fixed the phone in rs300...the guys there r thugs n theives...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engineers at Patparganj are horrible they do not know how to deal with Customer specially Mr Balwant & Mr Arjun. Special mention of Surya Dev Supervisor who does not deserve to be working in company like LG as supervisor ,
Customer care here is worst they are interested in selling their powder and Washing machine stand.
Does not care even if customer gets bothered for 15 days
