★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Never ever purchase any product from navrang. They have worst services. They don’t take any responsibility of their own products after selling it to the customer. Every time i purchased anything from navrang i always got the faulted product. They don’t replace the product even they don’t give your refund. They don’t even know how to deal and talk with the customers. They have very rude behaviour. Don’t make yourself a victim, never purchase anything from here or their any branch.

Very bad don't buy anything from here.After sales or customer service is very bad.I just wanted a duplicate bill for my product which should not be a big thing for these dealers.Very rude person on the phone. Go to Vijay Sales at least they know how to talk politely. Will not recommend anyone to buy from any branch of navrang electronics. Learn some etiquettes to talk.
Worst after services .I don't know the name of the person but he is worst. Should keep a bill copy or at least provide manual bills. Vijay sales and Sangam does that. Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I genuinely suggest you to go over some other place rather buying electronic item from here, im sure they deal with chinese companies and sell them here in higher prices. Im stuck after buying refrigerator deep freezer and air conditioner from here. Right after you bought the product they start ignoring you please don't fall for anything, go to croma, vijay sales,or any other electronic device dealers but here ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saying that this shop delivers worst services is a huge understatement. The staff is the laziest possible for an electronic shop of such scale. The products are of bad quality and on top of that, the services they provide are one step up in being bad. Service guys are so rude as if they are doing a favour to you by giving a service for a product in warranty.
Personally, the product that I bought was a Godrej refrigerator in March 2021 and in July 2021, it malfunctioned. To be specific, it's compressor failed. And only when I had suffered for a good 4 days, which ended up costing me a lot of the regular usables getting wasted, could the compressor be replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAVRANG ELECTRONICS is so pathetic! Their staff won't tell clearly about prices and qualities of product. On 24th April 2022 i bought a 1.5 ton LG AC from them at the MRP and they didn't even bother to tell us about about the delivery charges and extra charges apart from 500 rs charges for installation which was already paid at the time of purchase. Then 2 very rude people came at our home to install the AC and these pictures show the level of quality of their service and they took 200rs extra apart from the previous 500. I genuinely suggest you all to never buy anything or any product from NAVRANG ELECTRONICS (VIKAS MARG, LAXMI NAGAR). Afterall we pay for items for our satisfaction and not to feel like we have been favored if not cheated. Please please please go either to vijay sales or croma and read other reviews too. And see the pictures!!
