Why do you even bother to give number when you do not bother to pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So basically; the salesmen and agents at this store are the broker or middleman for add on service provider company, named 'on-site go'.
The salesmen will insist you to get the product insured with the third party vendor called on-site go', you pay them extra for the service, the salesmen got his commission but you get nothing. You keep following with onsite go for a service or any help but they won't come. Ultimately you paid extra money for an add on service, you will never receive.
A prime example of a store where salesmen are broker for 3rd party vendor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Happy with ms Sapna (Xiaomi) lady and also happy with Ms Renu client handling is good but, I phone customer handling executive is worst ..I didn't buy I phone because of that fellow insted of I phone i brought Xiaomi 12 pro , because of his behaviour ,I complaint as well . first time it happens with me at Croma .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and poor service of Croma as a company and product itself. How can Tata as a company bear this. Mr. Premnath Thakur Store Manager Preet Vihar Vikas Marg East Delhi is an inefficient Manager and very bad behavior with lady customer. Already has put a formal complaint against him to the senior management. Since 1.5 ton Croma Ac purchased gas is leaking. I think this store is selling duplicate products. TATA should do audits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service by the dealers. I was told by the shop that the product will be delivered today with 24 hour delivery time. But till now news, so when you cnt deliver, dont promise. They can tell you anything to sell product, 2 days now and they dont have product in warehouse as per them. If you dont have stocks then why are you selling that product. Crome's name goes for q toss with such false promises.
