These showroom management should appreciate that the behaviour is of utmost importance in client satisfaction or customer satisfaction

Collectively, you may find different brands under one roof. Yes, bargaining is there. They won't give u best rate at one go. You need to put efforts to get this. You can also park your vehicle in service line.

Specially Mr Avinash the handler is so rude.
Always reverting in extremely arrogant way.

Staff is good and there is 3 floor in this building but lift is available so dont worry about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the Elica hob from them in march 2021 and started complaining to them just after 4-5 days that this is the faulty product what i have received. But from them no positive response. Then I contact ELICA brand, and they keep on sending the technician daily but did not changed their faulty product. They charged me 11,500/- and have sue my life. They are not at all ready to help. FLAME NOT ACCURATE WITH A RISKY SOUND.
I will say big no for ELICA products as no costumer values.
Also, after this, a big bog no yo vijaysales. I know when it come to home appliances, many of us blindly run to Vijaysales, but they don’t treat their customers the same way we do.

The sales executive give you the quotation of the product very fake ..
On the first day when u visit the showroom they will gove you nice discount until you u buy .. but in case you cannot buy the product same day and u want another day ... their toung slip. They will not be commited to theor statemnts... so i suggest do not buy from this branch ..

Polite staff. Good sitting arrangement. I visited this place around Christmas. It was all decorated and lit.
Floor manager was polite and dealt properly.
Good place to buy electronics. Advised to compare the prices online and offline before buying
