โ โ โ โ โ The installation n demo service provided by shop is worst they ask you it all FOC but when service person visit for installation they 1st do damaged then ask amount for the repair work highly disappointed please provide proper service or don't give it we can manage it on our own

โ โ โ โ โ Very unprofessional approach by this LG authorised dealer.Very unsatisfactory dealing with client by them with rude behaviour and by denying commitments.I had to bear installation charges twice on Window AC on two occasions,when this dealer assured that if installation is done by them, the warranty of Window AC holds well and additional service of LG is not required. While LG customer care contradicted and asked us to get installation by LG Engineer to avail valid warranty.

โ โ โ โ โ The owner of this store is a cheat. I had purchased a 1 ton 3 star LG AC on 14th june,2020. They delivered a faulty used indoor unit to me inspite of me telling them many times to make sure they dont deliver faulty piece.
The indoor unit was covered with dust when the technician opened up the unit. After technician installed the unit, there was leakage from the indoor unit and it was found that the tray has a crack because of which there was leakage.
After that the technician opened up the unit and we found there was dust all over the filter and it was either used to repared one. The package delivered had other things also removed like remote cells. The lock valve to seal the gas copper pipe which clearly indicates the used unit.
After this I called the store owner and he got the unit replaced only after talking to technician. If I had let go of the technician , I dont think the store would have replaced the unit. Dont buy from this store. There are many other dealers out there who are honest and customer centric.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely poor service, dumbo peoe doesnot get things delivered on time. Not disclosing features of stuff, selling price on their own choices...
Think before declining with them or else go for better shop donot get caught with showroom size.
