For Business Analyst position, first HR shortlisted, then telephonic round happened and then face-to-face happened in Pandemic in which 4 people taken interview, even after replying to their all answers their response was that they will get back in 1-2 days. Analyst is the smallest position and for which they have taken so many rounds with group of peoples. Wondering if the person coming for Manager profile then how many people will come to take interview. Its very simple HR and Recruiter doesnt know when to select person, they even dont know their expectation / their expectations are not clear to them. I will say they are bunch of fools specially HR - Vandana / Mitali and technical interview panal.
