★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird interview process. After 3 interviews the HR representative didn't comeback for almost two weeks even after a follow up. After two days a got a callback from the HR saying Long time no see. Interview process went for almost 20 days and after scheduling 7 or 8 interviews with different people they arranged a technical interview(which should have been done at the beginning of the process). In all the emails that i received there was a tag line written "Congratulation on clearing the last round, this is a technical interview please do not expect questions from specific domain". All the 7 interviews were not technical except the last one for which the interview just opened a google sheet and gave me an exercise on the fly.
They definitely need to work on the hiring process and have clear vision on what task are they going to give to the candidate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am face interview on 22nd feb 2021 for 1st round and HR mamta mam told me your 2nd operation round after 2 weeks but i suggest my friend for interview he going after 4days on 26th feb i am waiting for 2nd round but my friend take 2nd round on 1st march but when I call to HR mam for 2nd round she told me i was call you but i don't got call it's mean HR is doing partiality in hiring shameless hiring procedure plz any manager plz notedown this feedback... Plz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is Keshaw and I visited ocrolus company for occupation and I found that Hr and manager both are awesome also helpful for people. Management is good and employee safety is there however lemon tea was very tasty when I drank a cup of lemon tea also water was there. They are following covid rules and they are providing five days work in week and two rotational off. Ocrolus is fastest growing software company. Awesome place for enhance knowledge and skills and clean cafeteria. "Thank You"

I received a call from Mamta , a recruiter on 4th Aug 2021 for the interview for LMS administrator first round of interview was done with the HR lead and got a positive feedback , two days ago I had second round with ops manager , I got positive response from ops manager , saying that" it will be nice to work with you" .
Suddenly yesterday I received an email mentioning that we have reviewed your resume and after feedback of the hiring manager , we will not move ahead with you. As your experience is not suitable for the position.
I was shocked , I mean it's an MNC , and the HR Dept even don't know how to do pre screening process of a candidate, and even ops manager does not give the vital and real feedbacks.
It's simply pathetic interview process . I request to the senior management of the company , to please open your eyes and look into this matter seriously.
Candidates are sitting idle for timepass , your HR team and ops manager may be interested in time pass.

Ocrolus is a MNC ,headquarter is in New York.Ocrolus is fintech(finance+technology) startup which is founded by Sam Bobley and co founders.. in 2014 and the work of the company is to analyze the financial documents i.e. bank statements,income docs.,invoice, KYC documents, Backfile extraction,etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good company for starters whose career just have started can join this company, earning depends on your own hand ✋ with your own abilities and skills, nice work culture from managers to team leaders all are professional except some exceptions ?. Company gave all facilities to employees, celebrating major Indian festivals, min qualifications 12th only. Vintage employees gets bonus benefits also. But they don't provide meal to their night shift employees that's not nice thing. Day shift is given to females only. Mostly new hires get night shift.??
