I have got the maximun PMAY subsidy for my home loan where as my friends who applied through other banks/financial institutions recieved only 55% of the subsidy amount... If you have plans to buy a home in AP/Telangana through loan, LICHFL is the best Option...

PMAY amount got credited to my loan account before i took total amount for construction.
just submitted documents and got approval.no multiple visits like other banks.
good guidance by officer(Rama krishna garu) and assistants@Bhimavaram while processing.
i strongly suggest LICHFL @ bhimavaram

Response from staff was outstanding, especially RK sir, the way he gives us suggestion was really helpful.
Based on our eligibility & valid documents it would be easy to grant loan from LICHFL.

Myself approached LIC HFL office in chinaamiram and got in touch with Mr. Rama Krishna who is well mannered and knowledgeable person. The customer service of this office is very helpful and they will understand what exactly we are expecting and they will guide each and every single possibilities and procedures to fulfil our dreams.. they give utmost attention in all the times. Even the rates and charges that the company charging is quite competitive with current industry. Finally I wanted to tell you that, i had an excellent service support from LIC HFL and LIC HFL is the company which gives finance and satisfaction against out requirements. Especially Ramakrishna sir, if any one submitted documents correctly asper rules he tries to issue loan as early as possible.
