★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a ridiculous place. The staff here thinks that they are doing favor on customers. The security guard outside can you better than the staff.
They do not answer your questions straight. You will see customers constantly fighting with staff and having arguments.
LIC seriously need to rethink their approach with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall pathetic service. There were only two counters open one for paying premium and other for rest of all services. I had to wait for almost 2 hours just to get surrender value of my policy. There is no space to sit or proper waiting area. Also, when in queue you have to stand on the staircase of the building which is very suffocating.
