Pls don't take mediclaim insurance from this company.
First they only say that you are eligible for claim, and afterwards they say u have not completed 2 yrs..
Pls guys..take some others company policy.
I suffered from it..
N I'll make sure others won't.
They give fake commitments..

I suppose they don't want business. there is no simple method available on the internet to contact these guys!! So fed up even before working with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They first give me 3 year health insurance after that 13 month i have issue with regarding cataract claim so at the time of issue I have ask them to cancel policy but thy giving half amount after 7 month claim is possible so I had requested them don't cancel policy. Due to amount they giving me but without my confirm of settlement after 7 month they send cheque of cancel and 11000 amount this is ridiculous after 3 month operation plan
Why you doing this
Plz anyone tell me any site or government. Service for issue complaint against this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I was hospitalized in Pune and filed my claim with Aditya Birla Life Insurance. My claim worth Rs 2.5 lacs was rejected for the reasons best known to them. As per their records my policy was lapsed in 2021 and after I submitted valid policy document, they realised their mistake. What a big corporate mess!!
I was asked to DM about my policy details etc but No response from Aditya Birla?? Only false promises? Playing with emotions of investors?? So it means our money is at the mercy of insurance Co? Okay I have no other option but to file a case against Aditya Birla in BEEMA LOKPAL. I have no other option but to fight legally. And that’s the way it works out with insurance companies in india.
