★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper parking area. Time is limited due to Covid . LIC is doing a good job and very professional in approach. They need to manage the crowds as they have a big Office place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs to imbibe culture of service to client. Many a times client just has to run annd coordinate with inter- branch personnel to get the things moving which actually is branch job.
Hope before IPO kick start this is taken into heed ! Major overhaul required for effective coordination, communication, service, approach towards problems, finding solutions and efficient systems, process controls, internal checks etc all this to improve response time and process time. Service needs to improve from 40% to 90% (atleast).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opens at 10.15. Closes at 4.30. Lunch times for one hour.
Very crowded.
Some of the staff is very helpful.
Rarely would you find the Branch manager in cabin to complaint.
Agents are given priority.
No method to accept card or Upi payments at the counter for premium payment of policies.
Cash is king here.
Golden rule to follow is that for all policies go to service branch for any queries except paying premiums of valid policies.
Hope that some day any branch could handle any query regarding any policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have applied for cancer cover. I have not received my policy after 5 months even my countless visits to the branch. I have lodged the complaint in writing but no reply received from neither branch manager nor manager crm thane.
Very worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My lic policy document is with them but my agent told me that it has been misplace by 91G branch so
1.when i visited branch on weekdays for bringing it from them they didn't respond properly. they said that lady in that department is on leave so couldn't give any information.
2.i asked officer above her to give me in written and he said it's not possible.but he said you have not need to visit branch we will speed post your policy as early as possible.Even after month later no update.i didn't receive my lic policy till now.
3) again after no response i mailed them every thing on branch email id but branch showed ignorance Till date.
After 15years of paying all money on time When time comes to give survival amount to people ,... I get such response from Lic.
