★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly this hospital doesn't deserve even half star. Pathetic hospital, inexperienced staff, Substandard doctors and nurses. Inadequate space for visitors, steep staircase prone to accidents/casuality. They practice swindling patients by inflated hospital and medical bills. Never ever get admitted in this Life Line Medicare hospital Goregaon and assist others by passing/forwarding this info so they are also saved from getting victimised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year during June 2020, my father in law was admitted in this hospital at Kandivali Thakur complex branch. He was admitted due to Corona positive. We were not permitted to visit him as it was COVID ward. But the hospital staff were so careless that they did not bother to inform about his health update even after 6-7 days. When we called them the staff was so rude and impolite. That was such an unpleasant experience. Seemed they are just concerned about money and not About giving good service. The experience with main treating Dr. Was good though. There was one young lady Dr. Who was very rude on call when I called the reception to ask about patients health. I mean being a Dr. If you don't know how to talk with people, then your degree is a waste. Least a Dr. Should have is Empathy towards people.
