β β β β β Please don't buy anything from this showroom.. I have bought a three fold sofa cum bed 6 months back and I am repenting now. The quality is pathetic, we are not able to use the sofa since it makes noise when we either sit or sleep on the sofa. In last 6 months I have complained 7 times and I must have called up 60 times. Still my problem is not solved.. and now these or people. are saying we can not do anything for the noise. I have already sent them a legal notice but these people haven't yet replied.
So this showroom is a complete avoid

β β β β β Horrible services and very poor quality products. I have bought sofa 20 days back and all the stitches are opening up. I have been continuously chasing them for last 15 days for repair but every time they give excuse that factory is closed or workers are not coming. I can't understand when I purchased the product, the outlet was point of contact for me and I use to get multiple calls for making the final payment. Now such a poor customer service. I want the owner of living world to speak to Rizwan and outlet manager of Kandivali East for the services they are providing to customers. Very irresponsible behaviour from the Kandivali East staff. Looks like they don't have any cordination between factory and outlet and they keep on shrugging responsibility to each other. Ultimately customer suffer and bad repute to living world. I m giving one star as I don't have any option of giving zero or minus rating. I am posting this after giving 15 days time given to them.
Hope the owner will respond to my post. Mr living world owner , do something, else they are making their best efforts to get the outlet closed.

β β β β β IF you looking for good furniture at comparative lil high price this is the best place.. but, its customer's right to get good quality services along with it, which is worst here.
Sales representative is so much promising and polite till finalizing booking, after that everything get changed furniture not delivered on promised date even not on rescheduled date.. Sales representative started arrogant.
Really really disappointed with such kind of service which impacted to family function as well..???

If anyone wants to buy furniture, then I would definitely recommend purchasing from Living Room. Just ask for Darryl Affonso. He's always available, very friendly and ready to help anytime.

β β β β β I normally donβt respond to reviews but canβt help with this one. Darryl and team Were Amazing .An Absolutely lovely sofa and the delivery guys were really nice and arranged it completely. The appearance exceeded my expectations. So comfortable and I always look forward to relaxing in it after work. Great job guys. Will definitely recommend this.

β β β β β Darryl has been fantastic. Provided the Best after sales service. Very cordial and happy to help. He was in touch with me all the time though the delivery process and post delivery. During my showroom visit he showed me various options and proposed the best possible options. Never seen such service before elsewhere. Kudos to the living room team at Kandivali.
