O don't know if we even should call it as Hospital...they are showing online the slots for vaccination but actually there is not single person to attend people who are coming for vaccine all the lights has been turned off no one is there to update and in reality you can see everyday that slots are available here... I sent my parents for vaccination they had disaster expert and came back because people there were waiting from last 2 hours for someone to attend them and they all were so frustrated yelling abusing and what not....Never ever visit this hospital.. does not even deserve one start

Very Good experience of hospital, good for treatment and not a money making hospital. All Doctors and staffs are very cooperative.

It's a covid treatment hospital, but no one follows social distancing or wear a mask even the doctors. If you don't have covid.. you will get one here. Please be very cautious while being admitted here. Unfortunately we have less options during emergency.. and beggers can't be choosers. Got admitted here just for Oxygen availability, would not have if there was another hospital available.

You cannot go below 1 star. The hospital was founded in 2013 and they converted to a Charitable hospital in 2016, which is just a trap to make people think the treatment should be affordable using a word ''Charitable''. They are just minting money, they don't have any emotions for poor people. They just want money, my mom was facing a cardiac issue and they admitted her to ICU charges Rs10, 000 per day excluding tests and medicines. They kept my Mom for 3 Days in ICU and their ICU room is filled with another patient with nonworking AC, they were not willing to discharge my mom and and extending the ICU days. They were not willing to discharge my mom and extending the ICU days, however, we could not afford more and forcefully we got the discharge. We visited Nandini Heart and Child Care Dr. Nitin Bote who is an expert, honest, and with vast experience. He was able to identify the issue immediately and he was able to identify the issue immediately and got the Angiography done where the problem was clearly visible. The treatment was a great success. I would recommend not to waste your money at Lifecare, it's a private hospital and not a Charitable, just here to make money from everyone - Harjit Gujar.

I don't know why do they open slots for vaccination if they don't have sufficient stocks with them. 100's of ppl booked their slot but once they reached to vaccination center, hospital staff is denying to have vaccine stocks. This same incident happened with my family members for continuously two days. They keep ppl waiting for hours to get vaccinated and after few hours they say we don't have vaccine stocks. They are charging 780 for this poor service.

Very bad management. Had registered well in advance for my in laws via Cowin website for covid vaccination at this center. Today when they visited the hospital, they found many of the staff was not wearing masks. Moreover they were told that vaccine is not available since past 4 weeks. The hospital claims they are not aware about online registration or appointments scheduled for covid vaccination. They did not send any prior intimation on unavailability of vaccines. Very rude behaviour.

Went to get vaccinated for covid & to my horror no rules of how many people can enter at a time! Although they had sufficient staff at the reception, most of them, as usual sit and giggle and don’t even hear you when you call them out....but that’s usual in India I guess, all seem to be working hard but hardly working.... 2nd the staff weren’t even wearing mask, I don’t think they even follow covid protocol so I don’t thing this place should even be called a hospital ( pictures to prove) 3rd the nurse who was administrating the vaccine had no gloves nor mask. And people wonder why the cases in Mumbai is on a rise......all I can say is selfish, incompetent & educated illiterates. Cherry on top they charge 250 INR for vaccinations, soul reason for me to go there thinking, hospital that charges would be following protocols. Wish there was a way to complain to medical authorities and shut down such shame of a hospital.
