★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had A Ligament I jury in my hand; came in emrgemerg around 10.30 pm at night , seeing at injury doctor just told nurse to give injection and I was told to wait for somewhere around more than1 hour even after my x-ray was done and x Ray came. The doctor who saw my injury Had her shift over and other one who replac d her shift had no idea what was my exact injury. She gave me the medicines and Crip bandage advise. Today when I went to collect my bills and x-ray, I asked doctor to write a summary of my injury because I wanted to submit it my office , she just mentioned about how i had accident and I am totally fine to do my regular activities even with my ligament injury but she didn't mention about my injury that I have a ligament tear. These kind of doctors really need to get serious about their patient's medical issues and divide their work in particular manner that patient are not kept unattended. Doctors among them are very unclear about what's going on. Even when I asked for bill they gave me before that I wasn't given bill , that too they didn't gave me biforcated bill of x-ray andconsultation . They just gave the payment bill.. Everything e is very unorganized. Hospital really need to make their self updated with computarised bill process. In this short notice Had a very bad experience!!! Please serve your patients with updated equiomequi and timely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is loud and rude. The doctors aren't great. Had gone here for cause of severe back pain, they made it a problem about the heart and wanted to keep me there all night. In the ICU. It was just a muscle stretch which I found out later.
Would not recommend anyone go here. There are better, cleaner and more well maintained hospitals in the same vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad worst experience I will never ever go and not even suggest anyone to go there staff behavior iss very verey rude and they are not able to do their work properly they are working only when doctor are there and doctors also not available at time of emergency very costly an worthless hospital experience not properly service they are given to patients and only charging money for no reason I hope my feedback will see ur superior and they will take actions against this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m glad to know that the Management of Saraswati hospital has totally changed and the new Management is a dynamic one. The new team of Doctors is an experienced one consisting of numerous Specialist and Superspecialists and visiting consultants all under one roof. They have expanded the critical care facilities which now along with physician, General surgeons, orthopaedic surgeon, Gynaecologist and obstetricians, paediatrician and Many more and Superspecialists involved are Neurologist, Neurosurgeon, Nephrologist, Gastroenterologist and interventionists...
I would recommend patients todo check ups here and recieve good treatment and guidance from experienced doctors for their relatives.
