★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good experience whenever i visit here.
Receptionist are helpful.
Mainly i visit to Dr. Pratibha and she's very experienced and will help you to identify the root cause instead of running here and there.
Hospital is very good if we talk about everything under same umbrella. Cost wise it's good.
But i think they can do even better when we talk about it the management and the doctors schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at reception is average not aware of the Visiting Doctor's timings. My experience of two days proves that some of the nursing staff were very rude and the resident Night Shift RMO acts really funny and have got very poor communication skills..The visiting Doctors come and visit the patients and the relatives are not even informed about the visit. Some of the doctors are good but what the patient is being treated for is not at all countries conveyed to the patient or their relatives.
The patient condition is being mocked by nursing staff and they were being unnecessary inquisitive.
Please request to all to only visit unless there is emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital ever seen. Inspite of having cashless insurance approved, we had to pay whole amount in cash at the time of discharge. They were not ready to give relative's body without paying the bills in cash.Receptionist and hospital management staff is not helpful and not understanding the emotional dilemma of relatives of the Patients .Visiting doctors are good , specially neurosurgeon is very helpful and great with knowledge. Hospital management treatment is same like some government hospitals.
Its a non covid hospital, so they do not follow covid safety measures.most of the Hospital staff is not wearing a mask specially ward boy ,sisters, receptionist and icu doctors.not at all safe in covid situation.
I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.if you want to save your close ones and money , please don't visit Vivanta Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review late but now I know what is the importance of a review. So here it is our experience.
In 2018 I have admitted my mother in this hospital. She is a asthmatic patient and when she got pneumonia also then she was having breathing problem. So this was nearby hospital so we went there. Within 24 hours time they got almost every test done without even informing us And next day we were having almost 50k bill in our hand(including ICU charges) And my mother condition was getting worse. So we decided to take her in other hospital and when we inform same thing to hospital. The duty doctor came and she started scolding us "that what kind of children you are. You are worried about money don't you love your mother or what... Keep her here for a week atleast". But by that time we realised that they don't care about patient health, they just want to make money. So we said prepare the bill we don't want your treatment. And she prepared bill in 2 hours and between that time one doctor purposely visited my mom and she just told her to do regular exercise which she showed her yesterday. And for same they added rs 1500 in total bill. (Saying Physiotherapy session).
After we left this hospital we went to some trust hospital in goregaon And my mother got healthy in 2-3 day's. Total 35k bill (including ICU charges).
So my advice will be do your own research and then choose the hospital. It's cone market.

More than concern about patient she is in writing as most commercial hospitals do so many tests and more than that she was insisting me to go to side by orthopaedic Dr Prakhar Chochariya, when we went to him he was rude , mad person , later when I told I’ll call press they discharged my patient but now Tuesday 12 th April he was suppose to fix patient brinken collir bone and he charged huge amount now I got a call by saying my machine is broken and it will repair after two weeks
#cheating, cunning both doctors really shameful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution If you are high earning person or you have black money in your pocket then only you visit this hospital. This is money making hospital rather than giving good treatment to the paitent.
Initially they will ask for how much amount you are eligible to claim from your insurance and accordingly they will make un-imaginable high bill amount and threaten the paitent and relative till money get approved from insurance company during paitent discharge time.
I have admitted my mother just to operate simple wound and this hospital made 98000 Rs bill amount in just four days.
Staffs are very rude and irresponsive !!
