★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad experience... They are just behind your money and nothing else, the receptionist are clueless. One of them is a senior and had a petty attitude towards patients. The doctors are all behind money. Had two visits once during covid where I just had flu which got treated by a normal doctor in two days whereas when I went in lifeline they suggested me that I'm so sick that I will need to be admitted in ICU also they gave us a package of 75000(i went to a normal doctor later and in two visit N medicine I got fit and fine in only 500)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looters and unprofessional people! Regret going to this hospital. The nurses have no sense of professionalism - always talking and laughing at the top of their voices (even in the ICU!) Nurse Pooja in the ICU on night shifts was an absolutely horrible nurse - she shouted at patients in the ICU, she denied giving me water to drink at night while in the ICU and when I complained about her to the doctors, no one took any action, instead they put me on a mild sleeping tablet! Unnecessary tests are performed and they charge for the room as if they are the Taj Mahal Hotel! LH Hiranandani hospital is a 5 star hospital and its rates are lower than this third class hospital! The pictures provided on their website as well the info on their website is misleading. Avoid this hospital if you wish to recover peacefully. I saw patients die around me. It was shocking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital i have seen in my life .they are just behind your money . rude staff applying hidden and extra charges bad management. Staff is not coperative with patients also at discharge time they ask to pay extra money. They do all kind of tests without taking guardian s approval.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience. Brought my friend with high grade fever and all we asked for was Pmol injection. But the doctor gave injection Dinapar which is a pain relief medication which was totally unnecessary. Had I known it before administering, would have totally refrained from it. And in her advice she wrote wrong dosage of medicines. Such half baked knowledge among professionals are dangerous to patients and leads to patient mismanagement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospitals I have come across, with zero empathy towards patients and their pain. Nurses are rude to old patients. They do not follow a patient's doctor advised diet plan and put patient's health at risk. They are only interested in making money, and will do all kind of blood tests without taking the guardian's approval! In a nutshell, totally avoidable hospital!!
