β β β β β I got RT PCR test done for my parents as the document was required for air travel to US. Due to constraints, report was to be delivered the same day. We were stressed about our situation. But people at lifecare were very helpful and professional. Specially, Shraddha Bane made the process seamless and delivered on her commitments before time. She was polite and answered all the queries in detail. I thank the team for their professional attitude and respect for customers.

β β β β β The tech did a fine job he was kind and administered the procedure in a professional manner. However the documents were incorrect emails and telephone numbers. Additionally he indicated my results would only be provided at midnight and I must check in for my flight before then.

β β β β β The whole experience of getting the RT PCR tests done for my family was extremely smooth. They got the samples collected on priority even though it was on quite a short notice. The staff was receptive of our urgency and gave have constant updates and ensured that the reports were delivered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend getting tests done here.

β β β β β Visited here for Pre Employment Health Check up, had a nice visit here.
It's very easy to locate as the whole 1st floor is designated for diagnostic centre.
Reception desk people helped and assisted me to every labs inside for the different tests.
Everyone working here are much professional and good people.
Despite of midcrowd it took only 50mins for all the tests to be done.
The washroom was clean which is a good thing as it's the place where most of people collect their Stool & Urine samples.
This was definitely a great and quick experience I had. ?

Could be better managed appointment timing wise since they donβt take anybody without an appointment hence their timing should be better followed by themselves.
Booked an appointment for 4:30pm for USG - Pelvis which requires a full bladder and my turn came at 5:30pm! Hell of a control woman ?!
Pricing is decent and staff tries to make things systematic but need more monitoring to help them organise better.
Oh yes!
Also, I was asked to make the payment as soon as I checked in @4:20pm at the reception. So, then you do not have a choice but to wait with mind you a freakin full bladder!
Finally I was called @5:30pm and doctor was very compassionate and thorough in his work. One extra star to Lifecare for the doctor.
