★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are useless..Most of the time they dont have medicines..From Last one month im ordering them 2 medicines but it is of no use..Everytime the same excuse..I am getting those same medicines in other shops beside Lifeline but they cannot provide..They dont even bother to waste customers time making them stand in long ques uselessly..Then again for billing ques..Very bad management..If u are lucky enough to get medicines you will enjoy that 20% discount..If you have time value more important than 20% discount dont visit this stupid shop with useless staffs employed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find good quality medicine at reasonable prices. They have large stocks of medicine. They also provide discount on medicine. Staffs are good and friendly. They provide good services. The store is nicely maintained. They have enough place for two wheeler parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited in this medicine shop to buy medicine for my father the strange thing which I found is that non of the staff is wearing a mask n when I asked one of them as a matter of concern that why there r nt wearing mask then they replied me that it is not mandatory I mean seriously how cud they were said like that the whole nation is following this n they sitting in the medicine shop n saying it is not mandatory n here no where is written to wear mask n in adding this they misbehave wit me very badly I must say staffs r very very very bad in terms of mannerisms if they are nt able to follow safety precautions then why they r selling medicine ..I don't wnt to give a single star they don't deserves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer management. It takes for ever to take medicines. Also a lot of customers flock in to purchase medicine from here as they offer higher discounts than neighbouring Frank Ross or Apollo pharmacy. They also introduced membership to avail another 3% extra discount. A better place than adjacent competitors but make sure you have patience to stand for long hours if you have a big list.
