★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting period for testing is more than 2 hour it's not good for your reputation plz improve this waiting period or you may also start a reminder call service if the waiting time is more than an Hour .. otherwise everything is good and excellent ground staff is well behaved..???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than 5 star service, last and even this year we did MRI Brain with contrast, cost 8450 and 8650 but their service and behaviour of the stuff is great..it's quite far away from our home but because of their timely service and behaviour, we'll use(if needed) their service in future as well... Recently Visited there and did my X-Ray, But I was supposed to have a good technician there but meanwhile the technician who did My Xray. He was not looking like a technician or Professional Team member. When i went to collect my report the same guy who was technician there he gave me a token to collect reports(Peon Boy).
I was just shocked at that time cause this Sonoscan are cheating peoples and playing with innocent cause they don't have any professional team, Anyone is doing anything and playing with us...A Stricts action need to take against them..i request you, if you don’t have a technician please close the department.This review is for Everyone who is thinking to visit there, never ever visit sonoscan for any type of test,they are doing frauds...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Girls are extremely Rude I would suggest please take a briefing and training of your staffs. They should be polite at counter with the patient and patient party.
Today dated 10th May I have seen one lady at Xray counter was very rude to one of the old gentleman as he was having some query, i am just wondering when they are so rude with their patient who is the source of their bread and butter then how they treat with their parents. Please conduct a training on soft skill which is more necessary in front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good digonostic center on CIT road. The place is not very far from Park circus crossing. Chittaranjan hospital is very near to it. Just opposite to Sonoscan you will find Union bank of India. Ladies park is on the other side of the road. Life care blood bank is few minutes walk towards north. Apart from 'Nepal Chandra Sweets ' , a very popular Indian style snack store is located nearby, where hot kochories and potato curry ? ? is available at a meager price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a regular visitor here. They had the best services.Things have changed over time, especially after the pandemic situation. The staffs are very well mannered except a few. The doctors will recommend you to get all the tests done under the same roof, which seems to be easier for you. But, the problem is that, you will have to keep visiting the doctors because proper diagnosis takes time and money. The management should keep in mind the wellness and proper treatment of their valuable clients.
