★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really bad experience with this diagnostic center. They are really unprofessional. They have confirmed me that they do Covid-19 test, thus they have confirmed me that they will collect the sample from home on 10th April 2021, however they have cancelled it due to WB election, again they have confirmed me that they will collect the sample on next day i.e, on 11th April, 2021 however again they have to cancelled it, finally they committed on 12th April they will come and collect the sample but again they have cancelled it at 3 pm on 12th April given the fact that he is not available, today . Just because of them my mother's operation got delayed. OT was supposed to be done on 13th April, 2021, but due to their unscrupulous behavior OT got cancelled. I'm really disappointed with their service. I will convey this to their higher authority for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to do testing. Remember wrong reports leads to wrong treatment. I have personally experience it. When I compare blood test result with Ray and Tribeid blood test results.
Sirf Gareeb ko chutti banta hai MEDIONN by charging less.
Dont have proper facilities to store blood samples .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there for the first and had a bad experience I noticed that front office needs to be discipline this is a diagnostic center not a club house .. the girls were speaking loudly regarding the breakfast they were calling out each other... One of the guy came in yellow t-shirt he was standing there in the corner laughing and giggling with the girls...the girl who was making a bill doesn't seem to bother that the patient are standing and waiting .. The housekeeper were cleaning the floor infront of the patient constantly she was opening and closing the toilet..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time, Waste of money, and waste of Energy, medication is compleatly depends on the blood reports and they are actually looting poor people in the name of giving cheap rates then other diagnostics they are playing with people's life they miss-guided me in the very 1st test and i had the knowledge of the test that is why i had canceled my test at that very moment today 30th, March,2022, they didn't even refund my money today without of refunding my money they gave me one foarm and said it will credit to ur account in 6-7 business days, My feedback is for those innocent people who are trusting #MEDIONN blindly i will never recommend this Diagnostics. I had a Worst experiance of my life in this Diagnostics Center i have never seen any worst Diagnostics Center like Medionn in kolkata. Today was 1st and last visit of mine here the staff's are so bad in behaviour specially all the girls who are there in reception they r really indiscipline they are actually need to be replace they are not at all professional lake of manners they dont bother about the customes they speak so loud the Diagnostics Center is dirty no hygine is maintain there #MEDIONN and all the receptionist they are actually not working they are having galla time as if they are sitting in restuarent and having fun and makeing all the customes wait in the queue there service is worst there behaviour is worst with the customes there attention is worst over-all its a worst Diagnostics Center In Kolkata #MEDIONN plz never go there to waste your eveything
