★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For B wing builder is saying OC will come for last 6 months but OC not yet arrived. Even the lobby work and common area work is progressing very slowly. Lot of people have sold their flats and are staying in rental and suffering from builders empty promises. While the flat has a great size and the community is good, dont fall for builder sweet words and promises. Do your due diligence.

I was looking for a 2 BHK flat and the design of their flat is spacious which is another plus point. Kudos to Rohan Lifescapes for such a nice project.
