Owner need to properly train their staff.
Evwrything else is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop doesn't take any responsibility for its product and provides poor customer services. I recommend you not to buy expensive item from this shop. My father bought a microtek inverter with a battery from this shop, now the inverter had an issue with IC. We called at the Light corner and they said that they can't help at all. I have guarantee card and all but still had to pay the mechanic Rs. 350 for fixing the IC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop when I was new in Patna. Wanted to buy "Pure It" non electric water purifier in 2017. At the time purchase, the shopkeeper was in hurry. They said " product upar wali floor se aa raha hai tab tak aap apna bill banwa lo." And they made my bill and I could see the product before billing. After billing when the product arrived I asked for the offer which was printed on the product box and they replied "ye offer diwali ka tha". So I didn't pay any attention. When I reached home and looked at the offer carefully, I found that It was a general offer for which I was eligible. Pure It was giving 12 piece set of plastic container of Princeware brand. I was blank after paying attention. It was a blunder for me. Product was also faulty. I was in a great loss. So please ????? be careful. They always sell product in hurry so that the customer didn't notice any fault in the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had there been an option for 0 star, I would have preferred that. I bought a Philips Trimmer in May 2019 which had an extendable warranty of upto 3 years upon registeration( 2 years usual warranty). But the shopkeeper didn't inform us about any such registeration process and simply told us that it had 3 years warranty. He seemed to be so immensely hurried for selling his product that he compromised his duties as a shopkeeper. We lived in dilemma till date that our product had 3 years warranty. Now, when our trimmer developed some issues, they simply rejected our claim and instead declared themselves guilt-free saying that it had already crossed the 2 years limit.
Please don't buy any expensive equipments from this shop. They are least interested about customer services.
"Naam Bade Darshan Chote" aptly suits this shop.
