My Dell Laptop was , and almost tried 4-5 laptop service center in Patna, they all told me to replaced the motherboard of my laptop. The laptop man workers are down to earth guys who do not walk around with some kind of air as I have encountered in many places before meeting these guys. That's the reason I keep coming back to them as and when I require their services. They are just a call away.
Mr. Ali who runs this place is an absolute gentleman. Some people I noticed have written complaints about his behaviour which i strongly disagree with. You come and see him, talk to him and you will know how some disgruntled competitors could place those comments about this gentleman. Probably you may (assuming the worst) experience some dissatisfaction about service, but not about this guy.
Let me tell you. These guys know what they are doing. They don't believe in making false promises. I have seen them giving the honest advice to customers even if it meant loss of few bucks for them. They actually go out of the way to provide their best for thier customer.
Do give them a chance.
