Service of this hotel is great, even if you're working later than planned, they always try anything to get you dinner.

β β β β β The reason for the rating is based on complete reasoning. When we reacehd Rahulβs Jn station at 6 in the morning I called up the hotel and they confirmed that they can accommodate a family 5 adults ands 3 kids in 2 rooms for a price of 2200/- including tax and when I spoke to them about the cleanliness of the place they offered to show me minimum 5 rooms of which I would be allowed to select the 2 rooms which I would like for the day and I was also offered breakfast for that day in the price. To my surprise the hotel called back after 20 mins to state that they cannot offer me any rooms and that theyβre sold out. Since this was one of the decent looking place in Rajula and my family had to spend just a few hours in the city I went online to check the options. What came to me was a shock. The rooms were available at a price at 3600/- including tax and out of no other option I reserved it. Then I was told I wonβt be served breakfast and when I told Them I wonβt be staying the night they offered the breakfast at no extra cost. The rooms were smelly and the AC in one of the rooms wasnβt working which they eventually changed. Yes the staff is okay. The breakfast on the other hand was pathetic. The room service food was still edible. Overall a bitter experience and they really need to work on the ethics.
