★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude staff and owner (pankaj) do not exchange broken items within 15 min of sale . an item of 20/- avble in market is sold at 80/- and that too broken . i trusted the staff n told him to take out a piece wen my daughter opened it , it was broken . I was willing to buy another toy to save her day ( it was a valentine surprise gift) but they neither cared for our feelings nor had any business ethics . everything is overpriced . better buy on amazon if u have time . think before u buy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the shop lucrative from outside but not worth while purchasing baby product. Went with a friend for a gifting option from this shop, prices are on MRP if paid on card and 5% discount on cash. People expect the other way around. Giving cash is a easy deal but leaves a question whether the shopkeeper is paying tax or not.

I brought one water bottle 3 days before once I reached home I saw that bottle cap got broken. By that day itself I informed that shop person about this and he told me he will replace this with new one.
So today I went and asked that shop person to exchange it he did not respond properly and keep saying, No exchange on items you have to check it thoroughly before billing it.
If this is the case that shop person has to check it twice and thrice before billing it we having kid with us and they are roaming here and around the shop. As it is a baby shop they have to take some more responsibility towards the goods.
Finally, I gave that bottle n invoice bills to that shop person only. Because no use of keeping those with me.
Sorry really disappointed. Its just a matter of 75rs but customer relationship matters.
